Teachers and Pupil Services Employees

All Wisconsin teachers and Pupil Services are required to hold a valid license for the subject and grade levels assigned to during the school year.

Unlicensed candidates with a conferred bachelor degree from an accredited institution (accredited at time degree was conferred) must complete a certification program through an approved Educator Preparation Program (EPP).

Any fully licensed teacher wishing to add on a new content subject must meet additional criterial as outlined by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
