Administrative positions, including school-based leadership and central office jobs, are posted internally and externally. Applications are screened by Human Resources, Talent Management. Candidates chosen for interviews will participate in a first-level interview, which may be a live-video interview.
First level interviews are panel interviews with 4 - 5 panel members. The successful candidates will generally have a second interview that involves the leader of the department and a smaller panel. All administrative appointments must be approved by the Milwaukee Board of School Directors prior to the offer being official.
In order to apply and be considered, applicants must submit a resume and three letters of recommendation that are less than one-year old with hand-written signatures and copies of transcripts for required degrees.
