District Administrators

Administrative positions, including school-based leadership and central office positions, are posted for internal and external applicants. Applications are screened by Human Resources, Talent Management. Candidates chosen for interviews will participate in a first-level interview, which may be a live video interview. 

First-level interviews are panel interviews with 4 - 5 panel members. The successful candidates will generally have a second interview that involves the leader of the department and a smaller panel. All administrative appointments must be approved by the Milwaukee Board of School Directors prior to the offer being official.

In order to apply and be considered, applicants must submit a current resume and conferred degree transcripts for the required bachelor's or master's degree. Candidates selected for the next stage of the interview process will be asked to request three professional references electronically to be completed on their behalf.
