Hiring Process

All positions are posted for at least two-weeks. Offers for all positions are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check (CBC) and a physical and drug screen. If the position requires a license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, employees are required to obtain and maintain the license.

When applying for a job at MPS, please be aware that most positions require:

  • A current resume
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation physically signed by the author and dated within one year
  • Official transcripts confirming required degrees

Please request your college and/or university to submit an official transcript of credits and professional references to the same address. If you have not graduated at time of application, a partial transcript will be acceptable.
