Milwaukee Public Schools is committed to providing a healthy and safe learning and work environment for students and staff. On September 9, 2021, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors passed a resolution requiring all district employees to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by November 1, 2021.
Employees will be required to submit proof of vaccination status electronically through the district’s Employee Self-Service site. Starting October 1, 2021, employees will be able to go into Employee Self-Service and submit proof of vaccination status or submit a request for a disability/medical or religious accommodation.
Employee Self-Service can be accessed by going to the district homepage and clicking on the “Staff” tab on the blue bar at the top of the screen and selecting “Self Service.” Instructions on how to submit proof of vaccination or a request for an accommodation will be published and shared with employees in the coming days.
To support employees in their effort to become vaccinated and meet the district requirement, the district is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the Milwaukee Health Department to provide COVID-19 vaccine clinics on the following dates and times:
