03-26-21 Staff Vaccination Opportunity
Dear MPS Employee,
I am excited to welcome everyone back into district and school buildings starting Monday, April 12. As shared during the special board meeting this past Tuesday evening, the Milwaukee Health Department has allocated the Johnson & Johnson one dose vaccine for any MPS staff who did not schedule their vaccines March 1-15. All staff who have not been vaccinated and would like the opportunity prior to the start of in-person work are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available for MPS staff only during the two “Second Dose Clinics” being held next week. Any MPS staff who would like to get the Johnson & Johnson vaccine can walk up; no appointment is necessary during the following dates and times next week.
North Division High School – 1011 W. Center St.
- Tuesday, March 30 from 1:00–5:00 P.M.
- Thursday, April 1 from 1:00–5:00 P.M.
South Division High School – 1515 W. Lapham Blvd.
- Wednesday, March 31 from 1:00–5:00 P.M.
- Friday, April 2 from 1:00–5:00 P.M.
Again, thank you for your continued partnership to keep our community safe and healthy.
Dr. Keith P. Posley
