The Department of Strategic Partnerships and Customer Service is responsible for ensuring the business community, our community partners and district families have a single point of contact to facilitate meaningful interactions with the district to enhance student academic success and the well-being of students, families and our staff.

Partnerships

Milwaukee Public Schools is fortunate to partner with dynamic businesses and organizations that help improve student achievement, engage our families and help develop staff. We recognize that it takes continued support from our community to help us to accomplish our strategic goals.

Volunteer

The mission of utilizing volunteers in MPS is to maximize the academic learning and personal growth for all students by having volunteers assist teachers, provide enriching experiences, and contribute to creating safe and welcoming learning communities.

Family Engagement

Families play a vital role in the education of their children. MPS works with parents and families to ensure they have the tools needed to be equal partners in supporting student achievement and school improvement. When families and schools work together, students are more successful and the entire community benefits.
