ESSER Funding

MPS has successfully used one-time federal emergency funds to support students since 2020. These funds were allocated according to federal requirements and extensive input from the community. Details about how these funds were used to support academic initiatives, student physical and mental health, and facility upgrades is available here: https://mps.milwaukee.k12.wi.us/en/District/About-MPS/Departments/Office-of-Finance/Elementary-and-Secondary-Education-Act-ESEA/Elementary-and-Secondary-School-Emergency-Relief-ESSER-Grant-Programs.htm
