About

Project STAY is an alternative school offering a nurturing and challenging education to 250 high school students, ages 16-20, who are at risk of dropping out of a traditional high school. Students apply for Project STAY and are accepted based upon the definition of at-risk under Wisconsin state law. All courses offered to students have a ratio of 1 teacher and 1 assistant per 20 students in each class. Students are enrolled in a morning or afternoon session to complete their courses. Students can enroll in extracurricular classes to obtain credits towards graduation.
