About

GreenTree Preparatory Academy (GPA), an instrumentality charter school that was established in 2019, serves students in grades 6–10, building a program through grade 12. The highly structured learning environment and proven rigorous college-bound curriculum support the intellectual, social, and physical development of each child. At GPA, students are taught by talented, dedicated, and highly trained staff who are committed to the overall development of each student’s potential. Staff uses student data and assessment portfolios to support student learning. Individualized student conferences are held regularly to inform the progress of the whole child.

At the middle school level, students are given foundational skills that prepare them for the high school experience. At the high school level, students are offered an opportunity to select one of three career pathways. An integral part of the GPA programming is the second language experience in grades 6–12. The pathways prepare students for future college, career, and workplace experiences. These opportunities are fostered by specific career-relevant courses, job-shadowing experiences, internships, service-learning skills, dual-credit enrollment, and a career mentoring program. The experiences pair students with successful individuals who are supportive and provide guidance.
GPA’s core belief includes restorative practices that recognize every child is unique and has undeveloped potential that needs to be polished.

We are committed to working with parents/guardians as we move each child forward toward growth and career success. At GPA our roots run deep! Plant your scholar at GPA and watch how they grow!
