Registration is now open for high school athletics for the winter 2023-24 season. Winter sports include boys and girls basketball, boys and girls wrestling, and boys swim.
Milwaukee Public Schools requires all student-athletes to register for all high school athletics through the online registration platform. Please contact your school athletic director with any questions to ensure participation in Milwaukee City Conference competitions.
Registration for winter sports closes on Monday, Nov. 27.
Free physicals are also available at multiple locations for all student-athletes.
High school athletics not only provide opportunities for high-level competition with peers throughout the city, but they also allow all students to build friendships, develop new skills, and bolster resumes.
In the Milwaukee City Conference, MPS strives to promote academic excellence; deliver safe and secure environments for practices and competitions; provide opportunities for student-athletes to develop new skills; encourage new leaders among our coaches and athletic directors; promote the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play; and ensure all participants adhere to MPS and WIAA rules and policies.
We look forward to another great season of winter sports in the gym, on the mat, and in the pool! Register today to begin creating lifelong memories with your school.
