Summer is winding down, but there’s still time for summer fun! Join us for the Ready, Set, Enroll Fair on August 21 and 22, 2025! Families can enjoy games, activities, and summer fun while they learn 
about schools and enroll children for fall. School starts Tuesday, September 2!
- Explore the new design of Wick Field and play on the playground
- Talk with enrollment staff to find a school for your children this fall
- Learn about transportation options in the district
- Find out about free breakfast and lunch on school days for all MPS students
- Discover college and career planning available to students
- Meet MPS department staff and learn about programs
- Chat with community partners about resources
- Meet hiring staff who will be on hand to help with job applications and information
- Have fun on the splash pad!

Families who wish to apply on site should bring the following information.
- Child’s name, address, date of birth
- Parent/guardian name, address, phone number, and email address; help is available for families who need an email address
- Photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the parent/guardian relationship

Kindergarten
3-year-old Kindergarten: Limited programs are available at some schools. Children must turn 3 by September 1 to be eligible.
4-year-old Kindergarten: Programs are available at most schools across the district. Children must turn 4 by September 1 to be eligible.
5-year-old Kindergarten: Programs are available at most schools across the district.
Children must turn 5 by September 1 to be eligible.
