National Administrative Professionals Day is April 24 — remember to say thanks!

April 24, 2020, is National Administrative Professionals Day.Wednesday, April 24, is National Administrative Professionals Day — be sure to thank an administrative professional for all they do!

Milwaukee Public Schools has 314 hard-working administrative professionals: 246 school secretaries, 43 secretaries, and 26 administrative assistants. They are among the 2.78 million administrative professionals all across the United States.

Because they are experts at problem solving, organization, communication, multitasking, and time management, administrative professionals keep MPS schools, departments, and offices running smoothly.

Administrative assistants and secretaries are banks of vast knowledge; for every question, administrative professionals have the answer —or know exactly how to find it. In addition to helping co-workers, administrative professionals often assist members of the public, representing the school district as they do so.

Celebrate the administrative professionals we count on every day. Thank you to all the administrative professionals!
