MPS offers new Employee Assistance Program

MPS is offering a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP)! This new benefit through FEI Workforce Resilience can help you strengthen your well-being and overcome some of life’s most common challenges. When you have the support you need, everyone benefits. We have stronger employees, families, and workplaces.

EAP counselors are accessible day or night. When you call, they’ll assess your needs and help you find appropriate resources. They may refer you to short-term counseling or to specialists for legal, financial, or work-life consultations. Services are for all employees and are free and confidential.

Your EAP website, myassistanceprogram.com/fei/, provides access to additional information and resources, including monthly webinars.

Support areas include:

  • Short-Term Counseling
  • Legal Support
  • Financial Advising
  • Work-Life Benefit

For more information, access a flyer or call 1-800-638-3327.
