At the meetings, academic superintendents and other MPS leaders will update community members on how MPS is investing toward the main district goals — increasing academic achievement with an emphasis on literacy, providing safe and welcoming schools, and operating efficiently.

Topics to be discussed will change over the course of the school year.

Future meetings will be on December 10, December 17, January 21, February 18, March 18, April 22, and May 20.

Locations for those meetings will be announced later. Families, staff, and other community members can choose the location most convenient for them.

The Invest and Grow tour comes after the Listen and Learn tour by Superintendent Brenda Cassellius, which took place over the summer.
