Franklin K-8 is currently seeking a DPI licensed School Counselor for the 2021-22 school year. 

A Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) counselor provides support services to students, staff, and parents. The duties are focused on the overall delivery counseling program realized through guidance curriculum, individual student planning and responsive services. Additional responsibilities include school programming in Infifnite Campus, student rostering/scheduling, maintaining individual student Academic and Career Plans, etc. The school counseling program is offered in an equitable, multi-cultural setting and helps all students in the areas of academic achievement, personal/social development and career development.The counselor's work supports the MPS strategic plan.
