A Milwaukee Public Schools Speech Language Pathologist refers to the professional who applies the principles, methods, and procedures for the assessment, prognosis, counseling, instruction, habilitation, or rehabilitation related to the development and disorders of speech, voice, or language production and comprehension.

  • Master's Degree in Communicative Disorders or similar
  • Completed Clinical Experience in a K-12 school setting
  • Applicants must be licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to teach this specific grade level and / or content area.

Interested applicants should complete all sections of the application including the online submission of a current resume and three (3) letters of recommendation dated within the last year and signed by the author. Non-MPS employees should attach transcripts conferring their undergraduate and graduate degree (REQUIRED).
