Thirteen Milwaukee students recognized for excellence
The Milwaukee Times has announced the recipients of the Louvenia Johnson and Lester L. Carter, Jr., scholarships for 2021. Congratulations to these exceptional students!
Three MPS students earn awards
The Milwaukee County Transit System has named three winners in its first Rosa Parks essay contest. MPS students Kayla Jimenez, Anya Ramos, and Iman Snobar will each receive a $1,000 scholarship for their essays.
MPS provides free breakfast and lunch to all enrolled students and accommodates special dietary needs and religious restrictions.
All 50 locations are open from 11:00 A. M to 1:30 P.M., Monday – Friday.
