MPS will not sign vendor's contracts or forms. All bids and proposals submitted must be signed by the vendor on the appropriate MPS form provided.
REGARDING PURCHASE ORDERS AND CONTRACTS
In order to do business with the Milwaukee Public Schools, all vendors must obtain an approved purchase order prior to providing any goods and all vendors must have a fully executed professional services contract prior to beginning services. Read more in a letter to Vendors…
