Administrative Procedures

MPS Rules and PoliciesIntroduction

Administrative procedures are established to implement a companion administrative policy. Generally, administrative procedures are developed by the Administration without approval of the Board. The Board may, however, direct that a specific procedure be submitted to the Board for approval prior to implementation.

The administrative procedures are organized under the same section headings as are the companion policies. Each procedure is given the same title and decimal code as its companion policy. For example:

  • Procedure 3.08 Student Activities Fund Management

It should be noted that some policies do not have companion procedures.

Whenever possible, cross-references back to the companion administrative policy and other related policies are provided as an aid in using this document. In addition information regarding previous coding used in earlier editions of the policy manual is also provided.

The procedures appearing in this document were developed by the Board and the Administration. Others may be forthcoming as needed.
