The 12th Annual Milwaukee Public Schools STEM Fair will take place on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Discovery World Science & Technology Center. We need your help to make this event a success! Your encouragement and support of our students will surely provide you with a rewarding experience and be educational for our students. Students will range in grade from Kindergarten to High School.
We are looking for volunteers to assist us with various aspects of the STEM Fair. We are in need on the following dates and times:
- Set-up volunteers on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. for table set-up, stuffing student backpacks, organizing judging materials, and other tasks
- Fair day volunteers on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for checking in and assisting students, greeting judges, score tabulation, exhibitor assistance, tear down, and other tasks
- Judges for student projects on April 4, 2019 from 9:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The awards ceremony will take place on April 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. All are invited!
