Vincent students host Friday night fish fry

Fish Fry Culinary arts students at Vincent High School will display their cooking talents by serving a Friday night fish fry on March 16 and 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Diners can choose baked or fried cod or fried catfish along with a choice of potato (baked or French fries), homemade cole slaw, and rye bread. Dinners are $9, with beverages and desserts available for $1. Plates for children, with a choice of chicken nuggets or fish, will be sold for $5.

The Vincent High School FFA group will co-host the fish fry. All proceeds will support Vincent’s culinary arts program, agriculture program, and the FFA student organization.

Fish Fry MenuAs an added treat on March 16, guests will enjoy the music of Polka Joel, who will play family favorites on his accordion and accept requests.

Vincent High School is located at 7501 N. Granville Road in Milwaukee.
